- Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
Change of date / timeslot is only allowed up to 48 hours before the original selection and is subject to slot availability. Please call Customer Service at 04-652 8926 (during office hours) to reschedule. No cancellation is allowed once payment has been made and no refund will be issued. - No-Show Policy:
Failure to turn up for your appointment will result in automatic cancellation. Kindly note that requests for any refund in this case will not be considered.
